How do I prepare for the visit?

An important part of your preparation for your dental visit is proper oral hygiene. Regular brushing, flossing, and mouthwash will help keep your teeth and gums healthy. Before your visit, make sure you have completed all these procedures and have fresh breath.  On the day of your dental visit, be sure to bring all necessary documents and insurance with you. It is also recommended to avoid eating and drinking before the procedure to avoid possible discomfort while the dentist is working.

To save time, you can fill out the necessary documents in advance online. When you arrive at the clinic, all you have to do is sign them.

Where is the PlanDent Digital Dentistry Center located?

You can reach us by foot from the Frunzenskaya metro station or by buses 40, 2, and 57. The clinic entrance is at the end of the building, closer to Krasnensky Prospekt.The clinic is located near the Leninsky Prospekt metro station/Gagarin Square Moscow Central Circle (MCC).

What are your working hours?

We work from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 20.00, on Saturday from 10.00 to 16.00.

Is there a guarantee for treatment and prosthetics?

Different procedures have different warranty periods. Your doctor will explain these to you during your appointment. However, please note that the warranty is valid only if all doctor's instructions and recommendations are followed.

Where can I find out the prices for treatment?

You can find prices for our main treatments on our website. A full price list is available at our Center. The doctor will provide you with the final price after an in-person consultation and the development of a treatment plan. This price is assigned to you and will not change throughout your treatment.

What payment options are available?

Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by any type of bank card.

Are there any discounts and promotions?

Our Center offers a discount for birthday celebrants and a Loyalty Program. You can find detailed terms and conditions at follow the link. We remind you that after your treatment, you can receive a 13% tax deduction.

When is it best to cancel a dentist appointment?

If you have the following symptoms:

Herpes has appeared;
Nasal congestion, sore throat, elevated body temperature;
High or low blood pressure, migraine;
General malaise,

then it is better to reschedule your dentist appointment. Please call us and we will find another convenient day for you.

Is it possible to have dental treatment during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?

Pregnancy and breastfeeding are not contraindications to dental procedures. The best time for dental treatment during pregnancy is considered to be the second trimester (weeks 13 to 24). However, we still recommend consulting a dentist during the planning stage and undergoing all necessary procedures before becoming pregnant.
