IDS is the informed voluntary consent of the patient to any medical intervention, starting with the collection of anamnesis (that is, a careful questioning of the patient about his life, health, characteristics, complaints, previous treatment).  Since 2012, medical workers must obtain voluntary written consent from the patient. If the patient is a minor or incapacitated, the IDS is signed by his legal representative.

Personal data is surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, address, telephone, email, passport or birth certificate information. Biometric personal data is photographs, video images of a person, an audio recording of his voice, age, height, weight, blood type, etc. Health data - clinics will not be able to process medical documentation and store data about your health without signed consent to the processing of personal data.
